Oh my goodness I absolutely love it at zoom tan! They always take the time to truly go over what each product is and I don't feel like they're trying to sell me anything because they are honest about pricing and product quality! Lisa is such a helpful person to me because sometimes I won't know what product to use or I won't have the budget to get the high quality stuff and she will get me something within my budget and she has never let me down! I have never really been one to think that I truly do need a lotion when I hang on but please take it from me it makes all the difference! Lotion really does help and there's so many different kinds and zoom tan has always taken their time to show me what works best for what I am looking for in the results have been amazing extra trust me if you go to zoom tan you will have a good experience because people there are kind and helpful in the facility is always clean! I have been going there well over 9 years and it is always always clean they take the time to do that even if there is a Russia people in long lines they never skip cleaning each room after every use! I absolutely love seeing him Lisa there because she has the brightest smile on her face and even after a long day I walk into town and she makes me smile!

Lisa is absolutely amazing at the Lockport location.. She exhibited phenomenal leadership skills ..While Lisa multi tasks training new employees and helping inpatient clients . She keeps a calm head , and always she maintains her smile. Lisa is professional and friendly. What a great asset to totally tans team ..

hoping to catch the attention of someone who can make this happen. i know you guys have other projects and things going on at other locations but can we please get some new bulbs at the lockport location. i feel like i have been struggling for the past month to get a tan, its very frustrating bc i spend a lot of money on good products from your store. its def been a while since they have been changed. other than that all the girls / employees are amazing. will edit review to 5 stars when they get the Lockport location new bulbs. Thank you for the response, I come pretty regularly and just feel that its been a struggle to keep color this past month, i look forward to the future changes and apprecate the quick response!

I have been a member of Zoom Tan for years in the Lockport NY location. Lisa Z is always a pleasure to work with! She is very personable and professional and knowledgeable about products; just overall provides amazing customer service. I wanted to make sure she deserves the recognition because there’s a lot of workers and companies these days that don’t realize how far a warm friendly smile, energy, & presence for just a brief moment can impact someone’s day! These are the type of people that make you look forward to coming back! The other employees are always welcoming as well! 5 stars for this location !! ;)
